Wasabi Leaves (fresh)

Our fresh leaves are normally packaged in 5 ounces bags. when we sell locally. We will ship you the amount you want, so we put the pricing per ounce. We ship Monday-Wednesday. Fresh, real wasabi leaves have a milder flavor that the rhizome which is similar to asparagus and artichoke hearts. It pairs so well with so many foods including steak, oysters, noodles, potatoes, and of fish.  It makes a great addition to salad, a garnish for a sandwich instead of or including lettuce. It is also good to use for a wrap as the leaves hold up well. Your wasabi is harvested fresh when you order, and it will last for 2 weeks in your refrigerator.
