About Our Farm

Shady Hollow Farm is a small forest farm owned by Craig Mauney & Carl Byron that has been producing fresh & dried products since 2016. We grow pawpaw, wasabi, medicinal herbs, culinary herbs, shiitake mushrooms and other crops.  Our small 7 acre forest farm is located in the Zirconia Community in the Green River region of Henderson County North Carolina.  Our product availability is limited due to our size. We only provide raw products that you can make your own teas, tinctures, or culinary delights. We are a new and beginning farm and provide top quality products.
