Soups and Stews:

Incorporate wasabi leaves into soups and stews, similar to how you would use other greens, for a unique flavor profile.

Cooked Dishes:

Wilt the leaves into pastas, curries, and BBQ dishes or use them as a topping for pizzas, noodles, and omelets.

Garnish:

Use finely chopped leaves or stems as a garnish for sushi, noodle dishes, or other plates.
