Our Lemon balm is grown on our farm in containers and small beds. We harvest and dry it and package it in 3-ounce packages. We harvest the leaves and partial petioles. If you want to purchase in quantities other than 3-ounce bags, please contact us for pricing.

Tea Recipe
How to make Lemon Balm tea?
Dried Leaves: 1 heaping teaspoon (5 grams) per 8 ounces of water
Fresh Leaves: 10-12 leaves per 8 ounces of water
Let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
Add ½ tablespoon honey to the tea.
Strain the mixture.
